Honourable Alfred Obeng-Boateng Donate 50 bags of Cement to the church of Pentecost Anhwiaso

The Member of Parliament for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Hon Alfred Obeng-Boateng has donated 50 bags of cement estimated to be six thousand five hundred Cedis (Ghs6,500) to the church of Pentecost, Anhwiaso. 

The gesture was made on Wednesday 14th August, 2024 to support a project being undertaken by the church. The donation was in line with a promise made by the MP on his visit to the church. The items were presented on behalf of the MP by Ben Ali Seaman chairman of Patrons and Kwabena Nkrumah, Electoral Area Coordinator for Anhwiaso. 

The two gave an assurance that the MP would be a leader to serve the people but not the people serving him. Additionally, the church was urged to call on the MP in difficult times since his doors are always open. They also urged the church to act as an agent of peace as the electioneering campaign gathers momentum.

Receiving the items, Elder Emmanuel Cobbina expressed appreciation to the MP and prayed for a successful political tenure. 

It is worth noting that the MP has extended similar gestures to communities and churches in the Municipality.
