SUNYANI WEST CONSTITUENCY EXPERIENCED KENSPECKLE LAUNCHING OF THEIR ' DRIP ' MACHINES.

As the NPP government has affirmed to attenuate the ramifications vis - à - vis the welfares of the citizenry through unmitigated upkeep _ the president sowed the seeds of transporting road construction machines to every Constituency, which has been synopsized as ' DRIP ', thus ' District Road Improvement Programme '. This enterprise is sighted to bowl the thumbnails of some of our premised creaking and rumpty neighboring roads. The unveiling of these machines in Sunyani West Constituency materialized at the facade of the Sunyani West Municipal Assembly. In fact, the occasion was espoused by machers, kahunas, big cheeses and luminaries.

As usual, the event commenced through prayers. Subsequently, the Municipal Chief Executive for Sunyani West, Hon. Kusi Boadum encapsulated the rationale of the event to young and old under the auspices of his intellectual acuity. He was all - encompassing about the scope of the event and as well, conveyed a paean to the Honorable members, Kings, Queens etc, who retired their other charges for the occasion .

The fastigium of the programme cropped up when the inimitable and quirky Regional Minister, Hon. Justina Owusu - Banahene : she has been termed ' Eno Obaatanpa ' demotically due to her bounties and developmental credence was given the podium. The Regional Minister appealed to the ' DRIP ' Director not to keep the machines cussedly distant from any community, should they approach him with inductive reason. Hon. Justina, embraced a ripple of applause when she posited that, no community, area, town etc should be billed before using any of the machines. 

She warranted that, this is a whopping and life - rescuing initiative, induced by the government, since some of our inner roads are unseemly for ambulances, fire service vehicles etc to navigate through in case of exigency. She further dwelled on to the masses that, these machines are meant to titivate our inner roads or the neighboring roads solely. She unbossomed, the Bono Region had 96 heterogeneity of these road construction machines. Eventually, she supplicated the maintenance team and the indigenes to nurture these machines assiduously.

A chipper call was made on the seasoned and jumbo Member of Parliament for Sunyani West, Hon. Ignatius Baffour Awuah. His beaming alone towered over everyone at that setting. Insouciantly, Hon. Baffour Awuah unfolded, what triggered the government to procure these machines for the hybrid Constituencies. He denoted that, the president had apprised them, wherever he had journeyed to - the Gordian knot they do relay to him is road infrastructure and as a result, excogitated to toady to their cri de coeur, hence the attainment of these machines. He moreover opined that, there were two concepts which gave impetus to the purchase of these machines, thus, to ginger the Assemblies to use these accoutrements in order to enhance their inner roads and to also narrow the monstrous cost of foods. He expressed squarely that, this government has constructed and tweaked road networks than any other government.

Hon. Baffour Awuah vocalized, he is very rosy that, the maintenance team of these ' DRIP ' machines would succor them from being mutilated. He admitted that, the government has erected stupendous roads in his Constituency, although there are few which are under way : where he made a stark declaration that, it would be completed anon. In fine, he implored the Regional Minister and the MCE to liaise with the leaders of the vicinal Constituency, such that, in his endeavor to amplify our other roads, where there have been an outcries purported to thwart that process from a section of people and which has daunted the contractor to immobilize that particular road abruptly may be accomplished. 

Indeed, it was a riveting occasion, for it was rife with scholastic, elaborative and holistic elucidations and session.
