QUEEN MOTHER DONATES GHC 2000 AND LEARNING MATERIALS FOR BECE CANDIDATES AT SEFWI KOFIKROM ANGLICAN JHS

Concerning the preparation towards the  upcoming 2024 BECE examination,  the queen mother of Sefwi Kofikrom in the Sefwi Ankontombra district, Nana Yaa Dufie who doubles as Free S.H.S Coordinator for the Western Region has donated to Sefwi Kofikrom Anglican J.H.S B.E.C.E final year Students. The items includes, 42 pieces of mathematical sets, 2 boxes of pen, ghc2,000 cash to supplement their feeding during the BECE examination period and also sponsored super mock examination. 

Nana Yaa Dufie said this donation was made to support the parents who can't afford this learning materials for their wards.

She also tasked the final year students to perform well in the exams and also to stay away from exams malpractice.

The chief of Sefwi Kofikrom, Nana Kofi Tawiah on behalf of his queen mother presented the items to the school management," he added that Nananom of the community has helped the school in soo many kinds and they will continue to support as their social responsibility.

He urged the B.E.C.E final year students to take their exams serious for their better life in future

The headteacher for Sefwi Kofikrom Anglican JHS, Mr Clement Oppong on behalf of the school management and the students received the items and expressed their profound gratitude for such great donation by the chiefs.

He also highlighted some challenges that the school is going through such as deficit desks, weeding machine and many more. Hecalled on philanthropist, NGO'S and other institutions to come to their aid for help. Some parents who were at the donation presentation also expressed their happiness because their burden of buying these learning materials has been fulfilled by Nananom. Some of the final year students expressed their profound gratitude and assured Nananom that  they are going to perform well in the BECE exams
