PHASE TWO OF HONOURABLE ALFRED OBENG BOATENG FREE LINCES OF PRAGYA AND MOTORBIKE RIDERS SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENT AT BEKWAI

In phase two of the implementation of Hon. Alfred Obeng-Boateng's free licenses for Pragia and motorbike riders at Sefwi Bekwai, the focus was on expanding the programme to reach more riders and ensuring its long-term sustainability.

This involved establishing partnerships with local organizations and government agencies to distribute licenses and provide educational workshops on road safety and responsible driving. Additionally, the programme aimed to monitor and evaluate its effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to maximize its impact on the community and road users.

Fifty (50) riders in the Sefwi Bekwai enclave benefitted from the exercise making a total of 100 from the first and second phases.

The MCE, Hon Paul Andoh expressed appreciation to the MP for supporting the youth with the opportunity for such temporary jobs and ensuring road safety. He therefore pleaded with the beneficiaries to campaign vigorously for the NPP in the upcoming general elections.

The riders also expressed profound gratitude to the MP for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai for the gesture and promised to comply with road users' regulations.

Last month, Hon Alfred Obeng-Boateng commenced the free licenses for Okada riders in his Constituency. The first phase saw 50 riders in the Bibiani enclave benefitting from the exercise. Additionally, 50 from the Sefwi Bekwai area have also been provided with licenses. The third phase will be held in the Anhwiaso zone making a total of 150 beneficiaries. The entire project is estimated for one hundred and twenty thousand Cedis (Ghs120,000.00)
