Nkoranza South: NDC and NPP supporters clash over votes transfer.

A clash between NDC and NPP supporters in Nkoranza South, in Bono East Region, over vote transfer has resulted in two arrests.

Tensions rose when a group from Ashanti region and Accra COCOBOD arrived to transfer votes, leading to a confrontation with NDC supporters.

The NPP candidate, Harriet Oppong Kyeremanteng, is accused of transporting individuals to influence the transfer process, including "macho men" who clashed with police.

NDC leaders, Ali Adams and Godfred Dapaah, warn against illegal vote transfers and deploying foreigners, urging security forces and the EC to be vigilant.

They caution prospective voters to adhere to the law, citing safety concerns as they cannot guarantee anyone's safety in the constituency in any ways.

This incident highlights the ongoing tensions surrounding the vote transfer process in Ghana's political landscape as the NPP gurus shoot guns at the transfer center.

The rivalry between NDC and NPP supporters has led to violent confrontations, raising concerns about the peaceful conduct of elections.

The deployment of "macho men" and transportation of voters from other regions have escalated the situation, prompting warnings from NDC leaders and calls for vigilance from security forces and the EC.
