Oheneba Atta Bennie Cosmos raises concern about Western North Region youth embarking on perilous journeys to make a living elsewhere.

It's very unfortunate that most of the gallant youth in the region in places like Sefwi Bodi, Juaboso, Bia East, Bia West districts are relocating to other regions to start a living.
There is the need to have an alternative sources of livelihood project, programs and career to help establish and sustain the youth to ensuring they stay to help develop the region.
We need to educate the youth to avoid examination malpractices in their schools, colleges and universities, the easy and quick means of making money and to teach them how to fish for the sake of tomorrow.
According to Oheneba Atta Bennie Cosmos, his encounter with over 70% of some okada riders in Bogoso Municipality are all from Western North Region.
However, it's sadly to  heart to seeing that most police recorded cases in connection with the youth mostly involved some of these youth from Western North Region in these areas.
There is an urgent need to help these young youth to appreciate how real life is.
 Some of these menaces are as a result of bad influence from their colleagues and financial barriers.
Some too, follow the normal strategies from their colleagues in order to make any form of decisions to keep them by making life anyhow it's.
It's about time Nananom, Hon. Regional Minister, Member of Parliament, stakeholders, political leaders, and all well meaning individuals in the region emerge to help fight these menaces to help grow and develop our young Region.
Some of these youth retain to forced themselves into galamsey and other hazardous activities framework which is very heart breaking when you meet these strong young youth from Western North Region moving up and down into other areas to look for a source of living.
Through his community engagement he had the opportunity to link up with a lot of these youth and they really need our assistance and support.
Lack of financial support from many homes to continue their education or skills and potentials have led them into all kinds of hazardous farmework which has a great negative impact on the health, security, safety, physical and mental development of these furtue leaders of our land.
Oheneba Atta Bennie Cosmos had the opportunity to organised some of the youth in Wassa Akropong and Bogoso who are all from Western North Region last week to have some interactions with them and it's very heart breaking to hear their stories.
The Members of Parliament and all stakeholders from Western North Region needs to arise Now!!
The youth is the future leaders and we need to protect them as such.
